Vision: I can really tell you're a talented artist- and it looks like you put a lot of effort into this piece. The coloring and formality of her body and surroundings seem to be neutralized so the mane/tail and wings stand out more. I think this is utterly beautiful, and the whole flow of the piece is like silk.
Originality: It's hard to show your own style, but I think you did a wonderful job. The wings, her face shape, horn, and the style of mane/tail is just so unique and different. It's so great to see that as well, because it gets very annoying when an artist tries to be exactly like the show. I especially appreciate how natural and glowy her mane looks.
Technique: For the most part you have a decent anatomy, but I feel like the proportions of head-neck with her body could be more even. The cliff aspect of the background seems a little too blended and faded, but that could just be e style. I really, really like how you chose to highlight the sky and stars, it makes you feel like you're really there.
Impact: Its also difficult to convey impact. Most artists would make Luna appear crying her, with open eyes and pleading something to the skies. I like the gentle yet very intense emotions, and how everything plays together to give a basic message yet let the viewer determine the rest in their own.
