I like it. The way the clouds flop everywhere, it's cute and quirky. I'd expect the waterfall to come forwards a bit more, instead of straight down (the water has a horizontal component of momentum which should continue even after it falls off the edge - Newton's 1st law ) - I know it's such a tiny detail but people are instinctively sensitive to broken physics, even if they don't consciously know the laws of physics - though maybe this was part of the quirky feel of the scene, and you want people to feel that something is not quite as it should be? In which case ignore me!
